Includes Audio Of Family Courts Stating That They Shredded The Files
The St Louis, Mo. Family Courts and (DFS) division of family services while finding no fault with a single mother of 3 children, while the youngest one was in the fathers care at the time
the courts demanded that the father bring her to the court house where they took her from him immediately and placed her in to foster care and then adoption, never giving the child back to the Mother, while the mother was still allowed to keep her other children.
The fact that the mother was allowed to keep her 7 and 15 year old children should speak volume in regards to the injustice done to this American family.
The American people are finding it hard to believe that a system that is put in place to help and strengthen families can also be found but not held accountable for tearing them apart.
We at Shreddedsociety.com know and understand that a system must be in place to help and aide the truly abused children in America.
Our goal at Shredded Society is to help reunite this family, help other parents tell their stories and shine some light on the areas of gray that we feel should be
in full view in regards to the Family Courts and (DFS) division of family services.
This site was build to help tell the story of one family that fell prey to a faulty system. The petition has been
online since December 2, 2005 and has already drawn attention of media sources and other parents that have been victimized by a system that can remove children from a parents
by way of false allegations.
False allegations can be made by anyone who is looking to do a parent harm, harass or control. With one
phone call of false allegations about child abuse to (DFS) division of family services your worse nightmares of a loving parent can begin.
After the investigation of the fathers false allegations, the St Louis, Mo. family courts would dismissed each different child order of protection they granted to the
ex-husband father whom they found in the end to be a danger to 3 year old Alexandrea.
Instead of the St Louis, Mo. Family Courts and (DFS) division of family services stepping up and admitting they had made a great error,
the St Louis, Mo. Family Courts took Alexandrea and placed her in foster care.
On This Day of October 31, 1997 Alexandrea was removed from the fathers custody six days after the St Louis, Mo. family courts granted him a third child
order of protection.
The same judge that gave my ex husband a child custody order of protection, was now preparing to remove my daughter from his custody and requested that
the he bring my daughter to the court house.
I was notified by my attorney that this request had been made by the court officials.
I went to the St Louis Family Courts building on October 31, 1997 where
I knew my daughter would be. I could not wait to take her home, but the court officials ordered her into foster care instead. I stood and watched as the Lady
held onto my little girls hand, restraining her from jumping up into my arms like she has always done.
I followed them all the way to the elevator
in the court house. I watched as she put Alexandrea on the elevator, and I stood there in a state of shock as the
Lady picked my little girl's hand up and made her wave good bye to me, then the elevator doors shut.
Later, I discovered a stack of photos that were taken of Alexandrea after someone dressed her in a Holloween costume, assuming they were taken by a Social Worker, or the lady who placed Alexandrea on the elevator on October 31, 1997. See picture on left side of this page.
